At HL Safeguarding Consultancy, our vision is to provide bespoke safeguarding consulting, training and supervision to organisations. HL Safeguarding aim to provide services that are specific and relevant to your organisation, providing your staff with the tools that they need to ensure all children and adults are safeguarded.

Heather is a highly skilled trainer and safeguarding expert. With a strong background in the NHS and private healthcare, Heather is able to truly understand your requirements, and ensure that her services are bespoke to your needs. Heather is educated to Masters Level, has vast experience in providing training, supervision and policy development. 

Whilst we ensure that all training and policies are based upon recent legislation, Intercollegiate Documents, guidance and research, we ensure that all services are tailored to your needs. HL Safeguarding Consultancy will take time to listen to your requirements, understand your organisation and the challenges that you face to ensure staff are well equipped.
